PART OF A SUSTAINABLE CYCLE

These swimsuits are created with performance fabric made from recycled bottles. The recycled plastic is woven into a yarn named REPREVE. The yarn is used to create an amazing chlorine resistant polyester fiber to make athletic and fashionable swimwear.

In addition to the recycled fabric, Quintsoul is committed to give one percent of its sales on all QS360 swimwear purchased to foundations who are dedicated to cleaning the oceans. The plastic from the oceans can then be recycled and it completes the 360-degree cycle.

 

You have 10 days following the delivery of your order to return an item. After this 10 day period, the sale becomes final. Merchandise for return must be unworn, unwashed, in its original condition, packaging (polybag), and with the price tags still attached. 

Returns will be accepted on swimsuits only if the hygienic protection liner has not been removed (we request you try on the swimsuits with underwear underneath).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

We believe strongly in recycling. If you have the original packaging that your item was shipped to you in, please use it for the return. Otherwise, use an appropriate package type (weather durable) and size for your item. Inside the box, please include a copy of your original order, with your RA#, and reason for return. On the outside of the box, please make sure that the RA# is clearly marked in black permanent marker.

Note: Return shipping costs are at the expense of the customer.

We do not offer exchanges. You will need to place a new order for the correct item you need. Please email info@quintsoul.com during our business working hours, if you require any assistance processing this request.
