Where are Quintsoul products sold?

Quintsoul products are sold in Canada and the United States.

Do you offer swim bottoms with different coverages?

How to care for your swimsuit

How should I wash my swimsuit?

All Quintsoul swimwear contains cleaning instructions sewn at the seam area inside the swimsuit. If you have removed this tag, we recommend hand washing the suit with a gentle laundry detergent, in cold water, and laying it flat to dry.

Why should I rinse my suit after swimming, using a spa, or hot tub?

To keep your suit looking great, it's important to rinse the suit to remove any chemical residue the suit may have absorbed during wear.


Where do I enter my Promo Code?

If you have a promo code, you will be able to enter it during the checkout stage.

What forms of payments do you accept?

Quintsoul accepts the following forms of payment: Credit cards, PayPal, Google Pay and Apple Pay.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

Once you receive your confirmation email that your order has been shipped, you should receive your package within 5 business working days.

How can I track my order once it is shipped?

Once you order is shipped out from our facilities, you will receive an email with the tracking number. With this number you will be able to trace your order until it arrives at your door.

Can I change the shipping address on my order or reroute the shipment?

Once an order has been placed, we are not able to modify the shipping address or reroute the order.

Note: We are not responsible for damaged, misplaced, or lost packages due to incorrectly placed orders. Please make sure that you enter the correct shipping address when placing your order.

Can I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel your order, please email our customer service during business hours at . We will do our best to retrieve your order before it has been shipped. But as we work diligently to process all orders as they are received, we are not able to guarantee that we will be able to cancel the order.

How it Works

Each month we will select one (1) subscriber to receive an online gift card valued at $250 for use on website.  Subscribers will have until 11pm eastern time, on the last day of each month, to enter the monthly draw. A subscriber’s name will be drawn at the beginning of the following month. The winner will then be notified in writing, by email, to the email address linked to their newsletter subscription within 7 business working days from the date of the prize draw. Then the prize will be awarded by email to the winning subscriber’s email address.  At the same time, we will announce the winner’s name.

To be admissible to this $250 online gift card monthly raffle, you only need to be signed up, and receiving the newsletters!

How much does shipping cost?

Quintsoul customers pay a flat rate of $6.99USD ($8.85CAD) for all shipments within Canada, and $11.69 USD ($14.81 CAD) within the United States. Shipping is free for orders over $60.00 USD ($75.99 CAD).

Do you ship to Canada?

Yes, Quintsoul ships throughout Canada. 

Note: Additional shipping time and rates may apply to the following remote areas  Newfoundland and Labrador, Northwest Territories, Yukon and Nunavut.

Do you ship to the USA?

Yes, Quintsoul ships throughout the United States.

Do you offer International Shipping?

We currently do not offer International shipping.

Return and Refunds

What is your Return policy?

You have 10 days following the delivery of your order to return an item. After this 10 day period, the sale becomes final.Merchandise for return must be unworn, unwashed, in its original condition, packaging (polybag), and with the price tags still attached. Returns will be accepted on swimsuits only if the hygienic protection liner has not been removed (we request you try on the swimsuits with underwear underneath).

What is your Exchange policy?

We do not offer exchanges. You will need to place a new order for the correct item you need. Please email during our business working hours, if you require any assistance processing this request.

How can I request a return?

If your product meets the conditions of our return policy, please email Include in your email your order number and reason for return (1- Too Big/ 2- Too Small/ 3- Don’t like Fit/ 4- Don’t like Style). You will receive by email a Return Authorisation (RA) number to include with your item(s) for return.

How should I send back the item(s) to return?

We believe strongly in recycling. If you have the original packaging that your item was shipped to you in, please use it for the return. Otherwise, use an appropriate package type (weather durable) and size for your item. Inside the box, please include a copy of your original order, with your RA#, and reason for return. On the outside of the box, please make sure that the RA# is clearly marked in black permanent marker.

Note: Return shipping coats are at the expense of the customer.

When will I receive my refund?

Returns received at our warehouses are processed daily. Refunds on returned merchandise meeting the Quintsoul return conditions will be issued within 5 business working days. For refunds issued back on credit cards, please allow another 5 business working days for the returned amount to appear on your bank statement.
