Shipping and Returns Canada and United States residents
We hope you enjoy your shopping at Quintsoul. In order to give you the best possible experience, we have made it very easy for you to stay informed and updated about your order.
Quintsoul customers pay a flat rate of $6.99 USD for all shipments within Canada, and $11.69 USD within the United States. Shipping is free for orders over $60.00.
Once we receive your order and payment, it can take up to 3 business working days to process it. Your items usually arrive at your door within 5 business working days once shipped.
We will email you to confirm that we received your order. We will also notify you as soon as your order is out for delivery. You will be able to track your shipment all the way to your door by clicking on the link contained in the email.
We want you to relax and enjoy your Quintsoul wear. If you are not happy with the items you purchased, you can always return them in accordance with the policy below:
You have 10 days following the delivery of your order to return the items. After this 10 day period, the sale becomes final.
The merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, in its original condition and packaging (polybag), and with the price tags still attached. Returns will be accepted on swimsuits only if the hygienic protection has not been removed (we request you try on the swimsuits with underwear underneath).
An order cannot be canceled once we have sent you the shipping confirmation by email.
If you wish to return items, and your order meets the return conditions as stated above, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Include in your email, your order number and reason for return (1-Too Big/ 2-Too Small/ 3-Don’t Like Fit/ 4-Don’t Like Style/ 5-Other: Pls Specify). You may wait for a customer service agent to confirm receipt of your email and provide you with a Return Authorisation (RA) number OR you may send it directly to us. In an appropriately sized packaging include a copy of the email you sent inside your box.
Note: If you received a RA# from customer service, please mark it in black permanent marker next to eCommerce return.

Re: eCommerce Return
We recommend using a shipping service that offers a tracking number as we're not responsible for any lost, damaged, misplaced, or returned packages.
Note: Return shipping coats are at the expense of the customer.
We work diligently to get returns processed as quickly as possible. Typically, once an item is received in our office it will be processed within 5 business working days.
Refunds on returned merchandise that complies with the return policy listed above will be made by the same method of payment used for the original purchase. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless we are at fault (if we shipped you the incorrect merchandise or size for exemple)
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, you must return the items in accordance with the return policy and place a new order.
For returns, you can call our customer service during opening hours at +1.514.858.6876. Opening hours are Monday to Thursday from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm and from 1:00 pm to 4:00pm ; Friday 9:00 am-12: and 1:00 pm-3:00 pm Eastern time.
In case you return items that do not comply with this policy, you will not be refunded and our customer service will contact you by email. If we do not receive a response within 5 business days, we will reship you the items at no cost, to the address we have on file from your last order.
Note: We are not responsible for incorrectly shipped returns, damaged or lost returned parcels in transit back to us.
